Allison is the founder of Sculpt Haus and a comprehensively trained Balanced Body Pilates instructor with a background in marketing and communications. Her goal is to create a space that feels elevated, welcoming, and grounded in smart, intentional movement. She brings a calm, supportive energy to every class, helping clients build strength and confidence from the inside out.
Christa Tullis
Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Christa is a nationally certified Stott Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience. She brings a well-rounded approach to movement, combining her expertise in Pilates, yoga, and meditation. Her sessions are supportive, intentional, and designed to help clients feel strong, balanced, and connected. Clients love her grounded presence and thoughtful, personalized instruction.
Natalie Herrod
Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Natalie brings a vibrant, down-to-earth energy to every class. Trained in both yoga and mat Pilates, she blends intentional movement with a strong foundation in anatomy through her work as a massage therapist at Blessed Wellness. Her teaching style is uplifting, inclusive, and focused on helping clients build strength, release tension, and move with confidence.

Barre & Yoga Instructor
With over 30 years of fitness experience and a doctorate-level career in women’s health, Dr. Kristin Stovern brings rare depth and passion to the barre and yoga space. She specializes in pelvic floor strength, spinal alignment, and core stability to support long-term wellness at every age. Her classes draw from decades of clinical experience as a midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner, and her teaching is rooted in empowerment, education, and evidence-based movement.
