Payments
- Your spot is yours until you choose to discontinue. If you plan to take a break but want to hold your spot, you’ll need to continue payments or be moved to the waitlist.
- If you plan to discontinue your classes, a 2-week notice is required to avoid being charged. We will make exceptions as necessary.
- No credits or refunds are given for missed classes.
- Please complete your payment at the beginning of each month using an online invoice, card on file, or Venmo. Let us know your preferred payment method.
- Intro classes must be paid for at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Make-ups
- In the event of an emergency, class schedules or instructors may change.
- Can’t make it to class? Please give at least 2 hours’ notice to receive a make-up.
- Text your instructor directly if you’re unable to attend.
- You’re welcome to make-up missed classes with Christa or Allison.
- The system only works if we know we will have an open Reformer and allow people ample time to attend.
- You are allowed one make-up per month, to be used within 30 days. Exceptions may be made for illness, vacation, or other circumstances.
- Same-day cancellations for private, duet, trio, or quad sessions will be charged for a full session.
- In the event of inclement weather or impending storms, classes may be canceled. You will be offered a make-up class versus a refund if this occurs.
- No make-up classes will be offered for Mat Pilates, Barre, or Yoga.
