Our group reformer sessions are intimate, with only 6 people per class, allowing for personalized attention as you challenge your body. These classes focus on strengthening, toning, and improving flexibility by targeting key muscle groups using the reformer machine.

New to Pilates? All new clients are required to take a Private Intro to Pilates session before joining a group class. This session introduces you to the reformer equipment, basic Pilates principles, and essential movements, ensuring you feel confident and ready for the group experience.

FAQ's

Wear something you feel good moving in—typically fitted, breathable workout clothes. For reformer and barre classes, grippy socks are recommended for safety and stability.

We provide all necessary equipment for reformer Pilates. For yoga, mat Pilates, and barre classes, please bring your own mat. Grippy socks are optional.

Same-day cancellations for private, duet, trio, or quad sessions will be charged for the full session. No make-up will be offered for barre, yoga, or mat classes.

Can’t make it to your group Pilates class? Please give at least 2 hours’ notice to receive a make-up. You are allowed one make-up per month, to be used within 30 days.
