Our group reformer sessions are intimate, with only 6 people per class, allowing for personalized attention as you challenge your body. These classes focus on strengthening, toning, and improving flexibility by targeting key muscle groups using the reformer machine.

New to Pilates? All new clients are required to take a Private Intro to Pilates session before joining a group class. This session introduces you to the reformer equipment, basic Pilates principles, and essential movements, ensuring you feel confident and ready for the group experience.

Experience Pilates at your own pace with a private session. Tailored specifically to your goals, these one-on-one sessions offer focused, personalized attention to help you maximize your practice.

Share a session with a friend or fellow client while still receiving the personal guidance you need. Perfect for those who enjoy a social setting without sacrificing individualized attention.

A small-group session for three, designed to offer more individual attention while still keeping a social, energetic feel. Perfect for clients who want a focused workout with friends or fellow members.

Train with a group of four in a semi-private setting that allows for personalized coaching and dynamic equipment use. A great option for those who want a more tailored experience than a full group class.
